DESCRIPTION
Lu is a 8-10 year old Shihtzu. He weighs 11 lbs and is a little guy. Lu came to us with severe skin infections and has been on meds to help. It's looking better but is going to take some time to grow hair back in. He does well with baths and takes meds like a champ.
Lu is calm and quiet but does like a small toy on occasion. He mostly loves to be with his person and take nice naps. He loves soft places to sleep. Lu walks well on a leash, is housetrained, and well mannered. He gets along with other small dogs, kids, and new people. Lu would be a great companion dog in a quiet home and deserves the best life in his senior years!
Lu has been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is on heartworm/flea prevention. He also had a dental done.
If you'd like to adopt Lu, please fill out an adoption application here: https://aplmercer.com/adoption-application
