Minnie - Shih Tzu Dog for Adoption in Brunswick, Ohio

Precious little Minnie loves, loves her walks. She takes this activity very seriously. When she sets off on this mission, there is no stopping her. She is focused and zeroes in in the direction she wants to go. It takes a little coaxing if you want to veer course :) She is the perfect walking buddy for an avid walker who does not want the clunkiness of a big pup. Off leash, Minnie loves to explore. She has some vision impairment (lenticular sclerosis) so keep an eye on her, in case she does wander too far away. Minnie is wonderful with dogs. She engages very gently with them. Gentle playstyle and respectful of their space and boundaries. Minnie is quite independent. She doesn't mind being cuddled and held but she does not constantly seek attention either.

Minnie is 10 years old, 9lb Shih Tzu. She is looking for a quiet home with lots of walking time. Due to her vision impairment, a home with older children and/or calm dogs is preferred.
