Shih Tzu and Poodle Dogs Available for Adoption in Hudson, Illinois

A little gentleman with a big heart, Mr. Rogers is a 10-year-old apricot and white Shih Tzu/Poodle mix who's finally getting his second chance at the soft life he deserves.

Found as a stray in rough shape-severely matted and clearly neglected-Mr. Rogers has left that chapter behind and is ready to write a much cozier story. At just 10 pounds, he's the perfect lap-sized companion, and honestly... that's exactly where he'd like to be.

Mr. Rogers loves his people. Whether he's being held like a baby or curled up quietly beside you, he's happiest when he's close. And when he wants a little extra love? He makes the absolute cutest tiny noises to ask for it-his own sweet little language that's impossible to resist.

He does have some quirks that make him extra special:

* He sees well out of one eye
* His hearing is limited
* But none of that slows him down when it comes to loving his humans

He gets along well with other dogs, rides nicely in the car, and is leash-savvy. He's crate trained too-he may protest a little at first, but once he realizes you've stepped out, he settles in just fine.

Mr. Rogers isn't looking for a fast-paced life. He's looking for you-a calm, loving home where he can feel safe, cherished, and never alone again.

His minimum adoption donation amount is $275. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed, heart worm checked, and on flea/tick and heart worm preventatives.

We are located in Bloomington, IL
We do not ship, you would need to travel to pick up your babies if you live out of state.
Your current pets must be up-to-date on core vaccines, spayed/neutered, and on heart worm prevention year round. You must be at least 21-years-old to adopt.
