DESCRIPTION
Tom Nook the 7 year old Shiba is a sweet and gentle soul. He moves through the world gently and quietly. He initially came to us with a bad chronic skin infection and allergies. However, his skin has improved drastically, and his conditions are well-managed through our Community Vet Clinic. His adopter is welcome to continue his care through the CVC. His skin and coat look beautiful now and he is much happier! He can often be seen lounging fully upside down in a comfy bed in his room on the adoption floor. He loves going for walks and lying at his person's feet while they work.
Given Tom's history of physical discomfort with his skin, he has strong preferences on when and how he is touched. When he is comfortable, he will gently nuzzle your hand for pets. He is looking for an adopter that will read his body language and respect his requests for space. Tom Nook needs to be the only pet in a home without children.
If you're ready to open your heart and home to this sweet boy, call our adoptions team for more information: 707-542-0882. Primary Color: Tan Weight: 17.1kg Age: 7yrs 10mths 3wks Animal has been Neutered
