SMILEY (MR26-336)

Shiba Inu
🇺🇸
Peyton, Colorado
April 18th
female, small, senior

DESCRIPTION

Meet Smiley, a 9-year-old Shiba Inu weighing 20 pounds. This charming girl has a friendly, easygoing personality and enjoys being around people. Smiley brings a calm and comforting presence, making her a wonderful companion for a variety of homes.

She gets along well with other dogs and would do nicely either with a canine friend or as a relaxed solo pup. Smiley is also food motivated, which makes it easy to connect with her and reinforce positive routines.

Smiley is still building her confidence on the leash, but with a patient and supportive home, she's sure to improve and become more comfortable over time.

Now ready for her next chapter, Smiley is looking for a home where she can settle in, be loved, and enjoy life at a comfortable pace. If you're searching for a loyal and gentle companion, Smiley could be the perfect addition to your family.
------
Before being rescued, many of our dogs had limited socialization, so they may need some time to adjust to life as a family pet. Older kids are often a great fit for our dogs, and homes with younger children will be considered based on each dog's individual needs. Skills like house training and leash walking may take a little extra patience and practice. However, with understanding and a gentle hand, most of these dogs adapt quite quickly. Being a part of their rehabilitation is a truly rewarding experience. To learn more about mill dogs and start the adoption process, visit our website!
