Sylvie is a mix of breeds (Shiba Inu, Siberian husky and possibly German shepherd), but we can speak with more confidence regarding her sweet temperament and sharp mind. She is house trained, knows basic commands and thrives on spending time with her people.

Sylvie enjoys relaxing and exploring in the yard and appreciates a balance of activity and downtime. At just 39 pounds, she walks well on a leash and is eager to continue learning with people who will provide consistency and positive reinforcement to grow her confidence when encountering other animals. She has lived with other dogs before, but would probably do best in a home without cats and small children.

Sylvie is a bright, affectionate dog and forms strong bonds with those she trusts. While she generally enjoys her walks, she can become overstimulated by bicycles, motorcycles, squirrels and rabbits, and will benefit from an adopter who will help her practice leash manners. With patience, structure and love, Sylvie will make a loyal and devoted companion.
