Personality: Very cuddly and sweet with all humans. Keira can become a bit anxious when she sees other dogs when she is on the leash. She is mellow after being walked and played with in the morning, loves company but is ok with being alone. She can take long naps throughout the day if exercised in the morning.

Education: Bathroom, crate and leash trained.

Favorite Activities: Playing with squeaky toys, going for walks and hikes, snuggling on the couch

Hi there! I'm Keira - a cuddly cutie with the sweetest pawsonality. I'm the perfect age and medium size at 3-years-old, 30-pounds. I'm probably a shepherd mix but whatever I am, I'm 100% a good girl! I was rescued from a horrible hoarding situation in Mexico, more commonly called ESLR 2.0. Those days are behind me and I'm looking ahead to a furever home!

These days, my favorite things in life are simple: a cozy couch, a squeaky toy, and someone who loves me back. I'm a total lovebug with all humans - I'll happily curl up next to you for cuddles or keep you company while you relax. I do well with kids and I haven't met any cats yet. I can be a little nervous meeting new dogs at first, but once I feel safe, I can absolutely make a doggy best friend. (I had one at the rescue, and we played together all the time!)

I'm house-trained, leash-trained, and I don't have any separation anxiety, which makes me an easy girl to love. My ideal day starts with a nice walk and some playtime, followed by long, lazy naps while you go about your day. I can get a little nervous around other dogs on the leash but I'm sure I'll continue to gain confidence with time. I don't need endless exercise - just a little love, a few squeaky toys, and a comfy place to rest my head.
