Blueberry - Shepherd and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in San Antonio, Texas

Blueberry might start off as a shy girl, but give her an hour and she will be your bestie! She is so eager to please and is such a fast learner! She gets along GREAT with my dog. She is kennel trained, is able to sleep through the night without crying or having accidents. She is also potty trained and has become great at letting me know when she wants to go outside to use the bathroom. She looooves going on walks, and can sometimes get a little excited with her zigging and zagging trying to smell all the good smells, but isn't a leash puller. It doesn't seem like she is going to get much taller, but will hopefully be putting on a little bit of weight. She is currently about 35 lbs. Blueberry has become so brave and come out of her shell so much since being fostered and is so ready to find her forever family!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
