Meet Gunner!

Gunner is an almost 4-year-old Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his smile. He's an affectionate, playful, goofy boy who loves making people laugh. He's convinced he's a Chihuahua, isn't shy about talking back, and will happily keep you entertained with his silly personality.

His favorite things in life are belly rubs, long walks, naps on the couch, playing catch, tossing around his beloved stuffies, getting the zoomies, car rides and going to doggy daycare to play with all his buddies. If you sit down, don't be surprised when he gently rests his head in your lap just to be close to you.

Gunner gets along wonderfully with kids, other dogs, and even cats, making him a great fit for many families. He already knows several commands, including sit, shake (with both paws!), lay down, stand, and he patiently waits to take a treat when asked.

His ideal home would have a large, securely fenced yard where he has room to run and play. He would absolutely thrive with another playful dog to be his best friend. The only special consideration is that he should be fed separately from other pets.
