DESCRIPTION
Gordon Ramsey, who isn't as angry and loud as his namesake, has been in a foster home for about a month. He went there to get away from the noisy shelter and to help us get to know him better. His foster "mom" reports to us the following: Gordon is such a sweetheart! He loves having my senior dog to play with and has enjoyed every dog he's met. He gets excited when going on his long walks, which he loves and needs, but is easy to handle. When he meets new people he can get overwhelmed. So we have told people to let him approach, if he wants to. Once he feels comfortable, he becomes best buddies with that person. He's house trained and has met a few young children. (He was appropriate with them.) Gordon loves to explore on walks, play in puddles, creeks and have a variety of toys to enjoy. When we have taken our other dog out for a walk, without him, he whines for a short period of time. We have enjoyed having him and are working on his recall and loose leash walking. Hopefully he'll get adopted as a second or third dog. He loves having a four footed friend. His new family is going to get a real gem!
