DESCRIPTION
Meet Harvo!
Harvo is an adorable 3.5-month-old Shepherd/Chow Chow mix weighing about 18 pounds. Don't let his little size fool you-this puppy has a BIG personality packed into a small package!
Harvo was saved from euthanasia at the Hesperia Animal Shelter in California and was parvo positive when he arrived in our care. This resilient little guy successfully overcame parvo and is officially ready for his new lease on life!
For such a young pup, Harvo is already quite the confident character. He has a lot of big feelings about being on a leash and isn't shy about expressing his opinions! He's curious, spirited, playful, and still figuring out how the world works.
And like any puppy worth his chew toys, Harvo believes pretty much everything should be investigated with his mouth. Toys? Absolutely. Things that aren't toys? He may need some convincing! His future family should be prepared for all the fun, mischief, training, and puppy-proofing that come with raising a young dog.
Harvo enjoys playing with other dogs and would likely do best in a household with kids ages 6 and older. He hasn't met cats yet, but if his future home includes feline siblings, we can introduce him to cats to help determine whether he may be a good fit.
Harvo is looking for a family that will embrace his confident personality while giving him the structure, patience, socialization, and ongoing training every puppy needs. He has lots of growing and learning ahead of him, and we think watching this little guy become the dog he's meant to be will be pretty special.
His adoption fee is $495 and includes his age-appropriate vaccinations and microchip.
Harvo has already overcome a lot in his short life. Now he's ready for the fun part-a family of his very own and a lifetime of adventures ahead!
Apply to meet him today!
