DESCRIPTION
Hey there - I'm Arrow, a 9-month-old Shepherd mix with plenty of energy and smarts to match! I'm a little kid now, weighing 28 lbs, but one day...one day I'll be a big kid. I bet I grow to be about 60 lbs. Neat huh? I'm ready for a family that has human kids to play with and grow up with (that's not a requirement or a deal breaker) and a family that wants to go on adventures with me. I'm friendly and playful, and I learn quickly - so I'm perfect for an active family or a person who loves the outdoors. My adoption fee is just $50, I'm quite a good deal cuz I will have my shots, so I don't get icky parvo and something called rabies, whatever that is. I guess it's some kind of rule I gotta have that one. Also there are no worms in my tummy! Aaaand, I will have a microchip that says I am forever yours. Oh, and something called a neuter certificate. I don't know what that is, but it sounds fun! Complete an application so we can meet, we can love each other and then start our happy lives together!
ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The shepherd dog breed encompasses a versatile group known for their intelligence, loyalty, and strong work ethic. With a heritage deeply rooted in herding and protecting livestock, shepherds excel at various tasks ranging from obedience and agility competitions to search and rescue missions. Their protective nature makes them excellent family pets, offering unwavering devotion and a natural instinct to watch over and care for their loved ones. In addition to their remarkable abilities, shepherds are often characterized by their distinctive appearance, including a sturdy build, alert expression, and a signature double coat that provides insulation and protection in various climates.
