Charli is the kind of dog who will make you laugh, keep you active, and then happily spend the evening snuggled up right beside you.

This sweet, goofy girl loves daily walks, squeaky toys, and chasing a ball in the yard. She's active without being high energy all day. Once she's had her exercise and time to settle in, she's perfectly content to relax on the couch, preferably touching her favorite humans.

Charli is people oriented and thrives on praise, affection, and being part of the family. She loves learning and is eager to please, especially if treats or a cheerful "Good girl, Charli!" are involved. She's crate trained, walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car, and is comfortable spending time on her own after she's had a chance to exercise and settle in.

She enjoys playing with other dogs and would love a playful canine companion, but she'd also be happy as an only dog if she gets plenty of daily exercise and quality time with her people. She's wonderful with kids, though her enthusiastic full-body wiggles and happy greetings may be a little much for very small children.

Because Charli has a strong prey drive, she's looking for a cat-free home.
