AJ is a loyal, loving boy who’s ready to find his forever home! He's a polite dog who walks well on a leash, and knows the "sit" command already! AJ was also housebroken in his previous home!

In his free time, AJ loves being outdoors—especially keeping a watchful eye on those pesky squirrels! He also enjoys tasty treats and relaxing in his cozy bed. While he has a playful, energetic side, AJ is just as happy to cuddle up with you and enjoy some quiet time, making him the perfect mix of energy and chill.

AJ has done well with other dogs in playgroups here at the shelter! He's a tolerant, social dog who is content to play or to coexist and chill with his canine companions. We’re unsure how he would do with children, so if you have kids or other dogs at home, we encourage you to bring them in for a meet-and-greet to ensure everyone is a good match.
