Shepherd and Pit Bull Terrier Dogs Available for Adoption in Rockwall, Texas

Is anyone missing a unaltered male 1 year old Shepherd/Pit mix that weighs around 60 Lbs.? No chip. no collar. He was found 04/10/26, off of Dower Rd in Rockwall County. Unfortunately, the finder was unable to hold on to him and brought him to the shelter. He is currently on stray hold for 72 hours to allow his owners to claim him. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
