Anya is a beautiful 1-year-old girl (about 55 lbs) with a big heart and an even bigger love for her people. She’s incredibly affectionate and thrives on companionship—if you’re looking for a loyal shadow who wants to be by your side, Anya is your girl.

She is fantastic with dogs of all sizes and has a playful, social nature that makes her an instant friend. She’s also great with kids and very tolerant—she’ll happily soak up hugs, pets, and attention. That said, Anya can be a bit “mouthy” when she plays, so supervision with younger children is recommended while she continues to learn gentle play.
Anya is house trained and does a great job letting you know when she needs to go out. She’s smart and eager to learn—she knows “sit” and is working on “down,” “stay,” and “come.” Bring some cheese (her absolute favorite treat), and she’ll do just about anything for you!
This sweet girl does have some separation and crate anxiety. While she will go into her crate on her own to relax, she struggles when left alone and may bark or chew when confined. Because of this, Anya would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, or with a family committed to continuing her training and building her confidence.
Anya loves to play—whether it’s fetch, rope toys, or stuffed animals—and she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially lounging in the sunshine. She’s incredibly loving, a little goofy (she may even try to hump the people she loves lol), and full of personality.
