Whisper comes from Antigua where she was found hungry and pregnant, she was taken into a local rescue where she was cared for and her puppies were adopted. She’s now ready for a home of her own and to shower her people in love and affection.

ABOUT WHISPER:

- Shepherd mix, Female, 3 years-old
- Medium-Large sized (61 lb) and Medium-energy
- Whisper is good on a leash; she’s curious but non-reactive to dogs she sees on a walk
- Whisper loves affection and will lean in for a pet or ear scratch at every opportunity
- Whisper is spayed, house-trained, microchipped and has her core vaccinations

WHISPER’S IDEAL HOME:

- Whisper prefers to speak in soft tail wags rather than with her voice so she may be good in a shared wall situation
- She enjoys time outdoor and would prefer a household that will give her time outdoors
- Given her love of people, she is still learning not to ‘hug’ (a.k.a. jump up) in excitement when greeting you so she would do better with older children
- Gets along with most dogs (if her potential adopter already has a dog, we will arrange for a meet & greet)
