Easy going and good natured Mellow is a great companion that is familiar with living with other animals, but can also live with ease as an only pet. At around 5 years old and 50 pounds, Mellow is perfectly in the middle when it comes to dogs - not too small and not too big, not a puppy, but not a senior. Take a chance on Mellow and enjoy a dog that loves to get out for a good sniff around the yard or a stroll around the block, he enjoys being with people and playing catch. Mellow's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, current vaccines, a microchip and a free basic training skills class at Cedar Run Company #2 in Hiawatha. If you would like to meet Mellow, please submit an adoption application through our website, Adopthope.org. Mellow is seeking a home as an indoor companion only. Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept their pets as indoor pets, altered and kept current on vaccines and annual vet care. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit.
