DESCRIPTION
Meet Holly. Holly is a gentle girl who had a rough start in life being a part of a hoarding situation. Because of it, she is learning to be a dog, learning to play and learning to trust and learning to love. Holly does not have a mean bone in her body. She currently lives in a foster home with 2 small senior dogs and she treats them as they are her children. She ignores the resident cat but is fearful of large dogs. She is a quiet girl that rarely barks and walks well on a leash. She is house trained for the most part, but will have an occasional accident if not taken out regularly. She bonds quickly to her person but is leary of new people and has a "stranger danger" acceptance of them. She does suffer from separation anxiety and has some destructive tendancies if left alone. She readily accepts a crate but prefers to be with her person. She is an expert cuddler and lap sitter. She will need a special adopter who has the patience to give her the time she needs to adjust to her new life and learning to trust. Another requirement would be a secure fenced yard as she has tendencies to escape if she sees an opportunity.
