Fennel is one of 11 puppies rescued from a difficult situation on Birdtail Reserve in Manitoba. We took in 5 of the puppies, and they arrived in pretty rough condition, likely having spent most of their young lives outside. Despite everything, Fennel has remained incredibly sweet and trusting.

At just 9 weeks old, Fennel is already showing what a loving companion he will become. He absolutely loves playing with his siblings and has a gentle, happy personality that shines more every day as he learns he's safe and cared for.

His mom is a Great Pyrenees, and the puppies appear to be mixed with Shepherd, so Fennel will likely grow into a large, loyal, intelligent dog who will thrive with a family ready to give him the love and stability he deserves.

Fennel is now looking for a forever home where he can continue to heal, grow, and just be a puppy. 🐾
