DESCRIPTION
Our handsome Shepherd/Carolina man Henry is looking for his soulmate family in 2026!
Henry’s story with us started with a close call. He found himself on the city shelter’s euthanasia list through no fault of his own—he was simply scared and the shelter was out of space. Since being rescued, Henry has shown us that he isn’t just a survivor; he’s a total joy!
At 7.5 years years young, Henry has a beautiful, vibrant energy that rivals any puppy. He is the ultimate "medium energy" companion: he’s always up for a fun walk, but he’s just as happy to curl up indoors for a long nap and relax.
Why you’ll love Henry:
Well-Trained and Smart: Henry has been at an elite board and train recently and has learned so many new commands, and is walking and listening like a real pro. He is lapping up all of the learning and is so excited and happy with this structure and training. You will thank us for this great training - and sessions are included with the training institute! He truly has been so responsive to the training and is our real start student!
Affectionate & Playful: He is loving and thrives on human connection.
Crate Pro: He transitions in and out of his crate with ease.
Henry would love a home where he can be the center of someone's world. A retired person or someone working remotely would be his dream come true! While a yard is a plus, he does wonderfully on his walks and would be happy in any home that offers him love and consistency. Henry is dog friendly as well, and could live in a home with or without another pup.
Start your spring with your new best friend Henry.
