Ideal Home

-Rocko benefits from regular allergy injections or daily allergy medication.
-His heavy-duty crate safely contains him when you must leave for a bit; although, he is happiest when his human is nearby.
-Rocko will thrive in an adult-only home where his human provides strong leadership and firm boundaries.
-He has a strong preference for women and will quickly slip into “protective mode” around men, even familiar ones.
-He requires regular exercise and continued training as outlets for his abundant energy and intelligence.
-He will respond best to an experienced dog-owner who maintains firm boundaries and consistent training.

Personality
-He is sweet and wants to please. He would go to the end of the Earth and back daily, if he knew it would make us happy.
-He is attuned to emotions. He offers comfort when you’re sad and doesn’t want to leave your side.
-He is PLAYFUL. He loves to run and jump and hike. He also LOVES to play with our resident dogs. And of course, toys are life.
-He is the best cuddler. A quintessential “Velcro Dog” in his own right. “Too close is never close enough.”
-He is very smart. Too smart for his own good and he uses it if allowed.

Rocko’s adoption fee is $750. He is HW-negative, current on vaccinations and HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped.
