DESCRIPTION
Bang, it's Lightning! She's the perfect mix of puppy energy and calm cuddler. When Lightning came to our shelter, she was fostered by one of our staff members. But she wasn't the only one! She shared her foster home with Elmo, Bert, and Ernie-three little kittens. Now, Lightning sees all kitties as family!
She is a small pup with lots of love to give. She loves to snuggle up in your lap, and when it's time, she will soothe herself to sleep. She is not fully potty trained yet, but Lightning will hold it the whole night, showing great progress!

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The schnauzer is a versatile and intelligent dog breed known for its distinctive beard and eyebrows. They come in three sizes - miniature, standard, and giant - each with their own unique personalities and characteristics. Schnauzers are loyal, playful, and make excellent family pets. They require regular grooming to maintain their wiry coat and love to be included in activities with their human companions. With proper training and socialization, schnauzers can thrive in various roles, from loving companion to skilled working dog.
