Muffin - Schnauzer and Poodle Dog for Adoption in Pleasanton, California

Muffin is a one year old no shed mix weighing about 18 pounds. She appears to be a schnauzer and poodle mix, a schnoodle. She was a very shy dog we rescued from a crowded Central Valley shelter. She's been fostered in my home for a few weeks and is building confidence every day. She sleeps in a crate and may have already been house broken so she is doing very well. A new family needs to be committed to making sue she understands the rules in her new home and continuing to build her confidence. She loves stuffed toys to chew on, but the ones with no stuffing would be a good choice for her. She's good with people and older kids. I've only had the chance to test her with kids 10 and older. She loves to play and sleep with my older dogs. We don't have a cat, so I'm unsure of that. She loves attention from the people in the house and is great with all of us. She's no shed, but won't be hard to groom. She'll need baths and regular brushing. I only trimmed around her eyes and fluffy feet. With some leash training she will be a great walking companion. If you think you are the right home for Muffin, please submit an application at 1luckydogrescue.org. Please note, if you don't receive a response in a couple of days please assume Muffin has found her forever home.
