Sundae was surrendered with his mom Milkshake. She was found under a truck and sundae was a yard dog. He was covered in fleas and ticks.

A kidless home is preferred right now as he is a shy and scared boy - he has lived his whole life being tied up to a chain outside so will need patience as he learns what life is like being a house pet
