Meet Doobie! Doobie is a 6 year old, 20lb Schnauzer-Poodle mix coming to us as an owner-surrender along with his sister (who has already founder her forever home!). Sweet but shy at first—once he feels comfortable, it doesn’t take long to find that Doobie is a complete snuggle bug.
Doobie is housetrained and crate trained and walks well on leash. He has done well with the other dogs he has met so far. We think an adult-only home would suit him best as he will appreciate a less rambunctious environment.
He has been around children with close supervision and has done well, but new people can make him nervous.
Doobie has been neutered and has received a dental with a few extractions. He is microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. His bloodwork looks good and is heartworm + tick-disease negative.
Doobie is a Canadian owner surrender who is now looking for his forever home.
