Schnauzer and Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Houston, Texas

FRANK

Schnauzer, Mixed Breed
🇺🇸
Houston, Texas
April 14th
male, small, young

DESCRIPTION

Frank got his nickname after Frank Sinatra because he literally crooned the entire car ride home when his foster family first picked him up, and he only stopped when "Fly Me to the Moon" came on the radio, which felt fitting since he is such a love bug.

He's a super sweet, goofy puppy who loves people and thinks everyone is his friend. Frank is so smart too...this guy already knows how to sit and walks like a pro on his leash.

He's also a little obsessed with his big foster sister Mabel (who is about three times his size) and takes a lot of his cues from her.

He's playful, silly, and has that fun puppy energy that just kind of brings life into the house. He loves being outside, exploring, and just hanging around with you. Eats great, no complaints there.

He is still working on potty training and is not a fan of the crate yet, but he's learning. Overall, he's just a really good, happy little dog who wants to be part of whatever you're doing.

Frank is a male Miniature Schnauzer mix with an estimated date of birth of 4/1/25. He weighs 10 lbs.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
