Hebe - Rottweiler and Terrier Dog for Adoption in Lowell, Arkansas

Hebe is looking for her forever home! This sweet girl was born around July 27, 2026. She currently weighs 9 pounds, but we expect her to be a larger dog when she's full grown. She's working hard on her housebreaking and leash skills. She gets along well with dogs, cats, and children. To find more information on her, please email animal.control@lowellar.gov.
