Meet Sage!

Sage is a young, athletic girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Born on May 6, 2025, she loves to run, play, and be part of the action. She would thrive with an active person or family who enjoys hiking, walks, fetch, or any adventure that lets her burn off energy. One of her coolest talents? She can catch a treat right out of the air!

Sage is wonderful with kids and enjoys other dogs. She has been returned twice through no fault of her own. The first time, her family underestimated just how much exercise and engagement a young, energetic dog needs. The second time was due to resource guarding around food. Because of this, Sage simply needs to be fed separately from other dogs, a straightforward management step that many multi-dog households already practice.

An active home that will give Sage plenty of daily exercise, playtime, and mental enrichment. She'll do best with a family committed to helping a smart, energetic young dog reach her full potential.
