Hi, I am Destiny! I am a 2-year-old, 22-pound Rat Terrier/Jack Russell Terrier mix, and I am a sweet girl who is learning that the world is not such a scary place. I came from a high-kill shelter down South after being rescued from a hoarding situation, so I can be shy and timid when I first meet new people. I may need some time to feel comfortable, but once I do, you will see what a loving little girl I can be.

I get along well with people and other dogs, and I am a gentle, easygoing girl who just needs someone willing to be patient with me. I am still learning how to be a dog and figuring out all the wonderful things that come with having a family of my own. A quiet home, some encouragement and plenty of patience will help me gain confidence and come out of my shell.

I may not be the girl who runs right up to you on day one, but I promise I am worth the wait. If you are willing to give me the time I need, I have so much love to give in return. I can be cat tested upon request. I will come fully vetted, spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.
