male, small, adult
DESCRIPTION
Ross is an approximately 7 or 8 year old rat terrier who was scheduled for euthanasia in a central Valley shelter because he refused to soil his kennel. He had been an owner surrender. I am not kidding!
This gorgeous tricoloured rattie is 100% lock-tight house trained and house safe. Ross also likes to sleep in his crate (with the door open preferably). He gets along well with other dogs and with all humans including polite children. His foster mum says he is a gem. Ross does pull a bit on leash, but that is fixable with some training classes. He rides well in the car.
Ross can be a bit toy-possessive but again that is very fixable - rescue dogs can be a bit insecure about possessions when in a new home.
Ross is in foster care in Eugene, Oregon. His adoption fee is $200.
