My name is Frank and I am very happy to talk to you! My brother Rocky is a little quiet and shy, even though he's a bit bigger than me, so I help him all the time by giving him a lot of kisses and love. I always have to stay with him to make sure he is happy, that's important when you're family.

While Rocky snuggles with our foster mom, I will keep her other hand busy with playing fetch.
