Bonjour, meet Gustavo!

Gustavo is a 1-year-old 29-pound AKC-registered Pug with plenty of charm and just the right amount of je ne sais quoi (“I don’t know what”). This walking croissant is sweet, warm, and feels like home. And as if he needed more charm, he’s dog- and people-friendly! He’s neutered, adorable, and ready to say oui oui to his future family.

If your life needs a little more Pug and a little more Paris, Monsieur Gustavo may be your guy. His adoption fee is $300.

Our hospital is open for adoption visitation Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 5:00pm and Saturday's from 8:00am to 11:00am. To speed up the adoption process please visit our webiste, www.mmahrescue.org, to fill out an application and get pre-approved when you arrive to meet your new best friend! Prior to meeting an adoptable animal we do require an approved application to be on file, sorry for this inconvenience.

Cat adoption fees are $50 for kittens under 16 weeks of age and $75 for kittens/cats over 16 weeks of age. Dog adoption fees are $150 for puppies under 16 weeks of age and $175 for dogs over 16 weeks of age.

The pug is a small yet sturdy breed known for its charming personality and distinctive appearance. With a wrinkled face, curled tail, and expressive eyes, pugs are beloved for their affectionate nature and playful demeanor. Originating from China, these compact dogs have a smooth coat and require minimal grooming. Pugs are known to be excellent companions, suitable for owners of all ages due to their adaptable and social temperament.
