Bonded Pair Seeking a Loving Home: Bradley (pug) & Leopoldo (Bassett)
These two very sweet dogs who have become best friends & constant companions, have recently lost their only parent due to a severe decline in his health. Because of their close bond, we would love to find an adopter willing to adopt them together. This would give their dad peace of mind as he's very worried. He misses them so much, but won't be able to return home to them.

BRADLEY is a neutered Pug, approx 3 yrs, 30 lbs, with a big personality & plenty of energy. He loves people & gets excited whenever someone comes to visit. Bradley is playful, social & he enjoys being involved in whatever is happening around him. He loves attention & brings enthusiasm & joy wherever he goes.
Bradley is comfortable with a crate & understands it as a safe place to relax when needed.

LEOPALDO is a neutered Basset Hound, approx 4 years old, 40 lbs, born 6/20/21. He's affectionate, friendly, & he enjoys spending time with both people & Bradley. Like many Basset Hounds, he occasionally bays & lets his voice be heard, which is part of his charm. He is playful, gentle, and enjoys following his nose around the yard.
Leopoldo is familiar with a crate, although he is a little more cautious about it than Bradley.

BOTH dogs are extremely people-oriented. When they see someone arrive, they are likely to run over to greet them with excitement & affection. After the initial excitement, they settle down & often entertain themselves by playing together.

They enjoy running around the house & yard, chasing each other & spending time together. Despite both being male dogs, they get along well & have lived together very successfully.
Both are good with children, cats, family members & visitors.

Both dogs love riding in the car & enjoy being included in family activities. They can become excited during car rides & would benefit from additional training to help them stay calmer while traveling.

Bradley & Leopoldo are accustomed to having access to a doggie door so they can go outside as needed. They're currently living in their owners home, where a caring neighbor checks on them daily to ensure they have food, water & attention. While they are being cared for, they would thrive in a home where they can receive regular companionship & be part of a familys daily life.
Bradley & Leopoldo would do best with a family that enjoys having affectionate, social dogs as part of everyday life. They are loving companions who enjoy people, playtime & being included in family activities.

Since they are so closely bonded, our hope is to find a home that will welcome both dogs together. They have been wonderful companions to each other, & we believe they will make wonderful companions for their next family as well.
