At 5 months old, this one-eyed pug is already a BIG personality packed into one adorable little body! Phlip is funny, playful, affectionate, and absolutely convinced that everyone he meets is his new best friend.

Phlip lost an eye to an injury, but he certainly didn’t lose his zest for life! He plays, explores, snorts, wiggles, and zooms around with all the confidence of a puppy who has never heard the word “limitations.” His favorite hobbies include making hilarious pug noises, charming everyone he meets, and generally keeping his people entertained.

Funny? Absolutely. Playful? Always. Snorty? Without question. Part shark? We’re still investigating.
