Lily Rose AK Lily is a sweet 8 year old pug mix who came on a transport from an overcrowded shelter. She weighs approximately 14 pounds. She was unsure at first but as soon as she got to her foster home and met her two foster small dog sisters, she felt much more comfortable.
She likes to follow her foster dog siblings and foster parents around the house and waits patiently for her twice a day meals and any possible food to be dropped from the kitchen counter. She has done well with her three foster cat siblings- she ignores them. She does well with her 12 year old foster human sibling and loves to get pets, loves to give kisses, and wags her tail constantly when you are talking to her. She loves to play with her dog siblings and play with toys with her foster parents. She would do best in a home with another small dog who she can follow. Lily likes her crate which is a safe retreat for her and she sleeps in her crate next to her foster dog siblings.
With patience and positive reinforcement she will blossom into a loyal best friend. She is working on potty training and has been using a pee pad or going outside. She will need a little patience to be fully potty trained.
Lily is a real sweetheart and will make a great addition to the appropriate family!
