We believe Penelope may be a Pug/Dachshund/Bulldog mix, but without a DNA test, we can't know her exact breed for sure. Whatever she is, we know she is 100% cute, loving, and precious!

Penelope is good with other dogs and cats, but her absolute FAVORITE thing in the whole world is PEOPLE! She loves getting attention, being around her people, and soaking up every bit of love she can get.

She also loves playing with her toys and going for walks, and you have to see her adorable little run-it will melt your heart!
