Meet Humphrey!!

This sweet 4-year-old is the definition of a loving, goofy, happy-go-lucky pug who truly has never met a stranger. He absolutely loves everyone—dogs, cats, kids, and people—and would happily make himself at home wherever he goes. He does wonderfully in the car, walks well on a leash (with just a little more training needed to perfect his manners), and is completely house-trained.

Humphrey is very food-motivated and eager to learn, already knowing how to sit, lay down, and give paw. His favorite activities are snuggling up with his person and patiently waiting for someone to fill his food bowl.

His one little vice? He LOVES to chew, and apparently remotes are his favorite delicacy, so a home stocked with plenty of appropriate chew toys is a must! He would thrive in just about any loving home—whether as an only dog, with other pets, with an older couple, or with a busy family full of kids to love on.

He does have mild luxating patellas and mild hip dysplasia, but he is happy, active, and has a long life ahead of him. His orthopedic issues can be managed with joint supplements at this time, and eventually he may need some regular anti-inflammatories as he ages. We have had xrays taken by his vet and no further intervention is needed.


More than anything, this boy is looking for someone who will love him as much as he loves everyone around him. Humphrey is truly a special little guy who has so much love, laughter, and snuggles to give.
