Sadly, this boy was running the streets when he and his little friend were almost hit by a door dash driver!🚗

The driver found the owner of the scruffy dog and she said that the Chug mix was homeless for a long time and she no longer wanted Scruffy. He was "too much responsibility. "👀

Scooter is a 1 1/2 years old Chug mix and he weighs 14lbs.😃

Scooter is a sweet boy and he gets along great with other dogs!🐕

This boy deserves to be loved and adored!♥️
