Meet little Been Sprout.
Here is her story. Lived in a home were the owner was hoarding dogs. Start with a few and surprise, surprise the un-altered dogs started having babies!
Owner had to leave for an "unexpected vacation , for undertermined lenghten of time." SHe weighs appro.x 20lbs. Could gain a few pounds and we are working on that. She is learning to walk on leash for exercise. approx. 2 years of age.
There were 30 dogs dispersed to various shelters and rescues. We were about to take two. Mr Brussel Sprout is also available for adoption.
These dogs were never outside or socialized. They are doing beautifully! It took them a bit to decide to venture out the pet door into the kennel yard. Once they did they LOVED it. They are going outside for the most part for potty time. Will also use pee pad inside. They are not big barkers. Learning to play with toys and walking on leash. A lot of new things and people. She can be a tad shy at first but is coming around nicely. They are doing great with it all. If you are willing to help teach them how to be dogs they will learn. They have the cuddle, snuggle with people part down pat!
