red Rover is new to rescue; he will complete his vetting as we learn more about him. Mixed breed believed Portuguese Water Dog/Poodle/Retriever. He is good with other dogs and cats. Red still has that puppy mentality, he has a lot of energy, needs an active family. he jumps around a lot and needs work on leash. Not recommended for small children as he jumps on people.
