Poodle Dogs Available for Adoption in Ramona, California

Tinsel entered the San Diego Humane Society as a very badly matted stray with a large wound on her leg related to the matting. Thanks to the veterinary care she received while at the shelter, Tinsel's wound healed, and we welcomed her as a Frosted Face. She is 11 years old and weighs 11 lbs.

Tinsel went on a two-week Frosted Fling soon after she arrived and did so well that her foster mom adopted her. Sadly, after four months, Tinsel was recently returned to our care due to no fault of her own. She is a very gentle, sweet girl looking for a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and secure. Might it be with you?

Tinsel loves attention and pets, and she enjoys meeting new people. In her foster home, Tinsel got along wonderfully with both the resident dog and cat.
She enjoys going on walks and has nice leash manners.

Tinsel is house-trained and does very well when her people leave home for several hours. Upon their return, she happily greets them at the door with a wagging tail.
