MEET DAISY!
Daisy is a beautiful 1-year-old female Black Standard Poodle weighing 48 pounds, and this sweet girl is looking for a family who can keep up with her young, energetic personality!
Daisy was originally gotten as a companion for her elderly owner, but at just one year old, she has more energy than an 82-year-old can handle. Her family loves her and wants to make sure she finds the perfect home where she can grow up and be part of the family for many years to come.
Daisy is VERY smart and is already showing us just how quickly she can learn! She has learned to catch treats in the air and shake hands, and we’re continuing to work on her potty training. We know this clever girl is going to catch on quickly!
She also has some leash manners to work on because she can pull pretty hard, but we’re working on that too. With some patience, consistency and an active family, Daisy should continue to make great progress.

Very sweet and affectionate
Gets along well with other dogs
Cats are unknown

She would probably do well with older children because she is so sweet, but no children under 6 because her youthful energy could easily knock down a little one
Needs an active home where she gets plenty of exercise, attention and training
Requires a secure above-ground fenced yard
Adopters must have a good veterinary reference from a current or previous pet
Most importantly, Daisy needs a family who will make her a true part of their family!
Daisy is up-to-date on her vaccinations, heartworm negative, and has received all appropriate veterinary care for her age. Her spay is already scheduled.
