Hayden - Poodle and Portuguese Water Dog Dog for Adoption in East Wenatchee, Washington

Some dogs have a way of making you wonder, “How did nobody come looking for you?” Hayden is one of those dogs.

Hayden came into the shelter as a stray and was never claimed. Now this handsome 63-pound Portuguese Water Dog/Poodle mix is ready to put shelter life behind him and find the family who will finally call him theirs.

Hayden is a people-loving boy with an especially adorable habit—he's a LEG HUGGER! If you're standing nearby, don't be surprised when Hayden wraps himself around your leg to soak up a little extra love.

Hayden loves people
Loves other dogs
Loves cats
Seems to be house trained
Does fairly well on a leash, with room for continued practice
Professional leg hugger
Affectionate and ready to belong

At 63 pounds, Hayden may be a big girl, but apparently nobody told him that. He just wants to be close to his people, receive attention, and know he's loved.

Hayden didn't get to choose how his story started, but we can help him choose how the next chapter looks: safe, wanted, cherished and HOME.
