Meet Camy!

Camy is the definition of sweet and soulful. This lovely girl has the gentlest nature and absolutely thrives being close to her people. Whether she's curled up beside you on the couch, sleeping under the covers, or supervising while you work from the computer, Camy simply wants to be near the humans she loves.

She's affectionate without being demanding, playful without being over-the-top, and has the kind of calm, loving personality that makes people fall for her very quickly. Her foster describes her as the kind of dog they truly wish they could keep themselves, and honestly, we understand why.

Camy does wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and has been calm and friendly meeting new canine companions. She enjoys playing with her dog friends, is disinterested in cats, and would likely be very happy in a home with another friendly dog to spend time with.

She loves walks, outdoor time, snacks, cuddles, and TV marathons from the comfort of your lap. While she enjoys activity and adventure, she's happiest when she gets to share life closely with her people. Camy would thrive in a home where she can be included in day-to-day life and showered with affection.

Camy walks nicely on leash overall, though squirrels can sometimes distract her, and she's still working on recall skills. She may also get a little carsick on longer rides. As a mostly poodle girl, regular grooming will also be important to keep her looking and feeling her best.
