Baloo - Poodle Dog for Adoption

Meet Baloo — a 9-month-old Aussiedoodle who is basically a furry cup of coffee with legs.

Mornings with Baloo? FULL SEND. He has energy, personality, and enough zoomies to power your house. Once he gets that out of his system, he settles down and becomes a much calmer, cuddly boy.

Hiker? Beach lover? Water enthusiast? Always doing something?
Baloo says, “SIGN ME UP!”

He would LOVE a doggy sibling and would do best with an active family who understands that this boy needs exercise, patience, and someone willing to keep working with him.

Baloo can be a little “I don't know you, and I'm not sure I like you yet” when meeting new people and kids. We don't know his past, so he's currently in obedience training to help him overcome his fear and learn that humans are actually here to love him, not hurt him.

And once he trusts you? GAME OVER. You get the goofy, loving, playful Baloo who wants to be your best friend.

He's crate trained, learning his potty manners, knows sit, lay down, fetch, and does pretty darn good on a leash. He's also ridiculously smart and picks up new things FAST!

Kids under 8: Slow introduction needed. He is very scared of littles. He will need someone who is patient and willing to introduce littles to him so he can learn, they won't hurt him.

Baloo isn't looking for perfect. He's looking for patient.
Give him time, love, training, and a little exercise... and you'll have one heck of a best friend.
