One minute she’s dramatically wrestling her 55-pound doodle foster brother in the backyard like she’s starring in an action movie, and the next she’s perched on top of the fireplace staring into the distance with the regal intensity of a tiny white Ewok queen surveying her kingdom. She somehow manages to be both hilarious and completely convinced she’s royalty.

As a Poodle/Terrier mix for adoption, Enya has a huge personality packed into a tiny body. She loves attention and fully expects to be admired, happily soaking up compliments in both English and Spanish while leaning into face scratches like she deserves every second of it. You’ll love how smart and adaptable she is—she figured out the doggy door almost immediately and quickly claimed her kennel as her personal suite, much to the confusion of the resident dogs. Despite her diva tendencies, she’s wonderfully easygoing and knows when to simply walk away from drama like it’s beneath her. She enjoys car rides, backyard adventures, long naps, and apparently sleeping literally anywhere except an actual dog bed.
