Meet sweet Rhianna TX, recently taken into the care of NorthStar Pet Rescue and now in a wonderful foster home with lots of other dogs. We believe Rhianna is 1 to 3 years old and weighs around 22 pounds. We've included a "before" picture, taken before she had a beautiful grooming done which included a manicure/pedicure! Everyone who has met Rhianna tells us that she is a wonderful girl!
