Simba is a 1 year old poodle pup ready to add a little dynamo to your life! This sweet guy loves to romp around, proudly show off his toys, and then settle in for some affectionate snuggles. As a young dog who’s been through quite a few transitions in the past few months, Simba is ready to start his next chapter with a family who can give him the time and patience he needs to adjust to a new routine. He is still learning about the world, and will need help on his training journey, including learning how to appropriately communicate when he is frustrated or overwhelmed, rather than to use his mouth. Simba has enjoyed playing with other dogs at the shelter and may be a great match for a resident pup with a compatible play style. He has no history living with cats, but could do ok with a dog-savvy cat, and with full separation to start. Simba is an eager learner, and is looking for a patient owner to help them master polite greetings, leash skills, and the art of relaxing at the end of the daytraining together will be a fun and rewarding journey!
