Meet Ollie! He is a handsome cream doodle -- approximately 6 years old, with a heart as soft as his curls. After experiencing neglect and poor living conditions in his previous home, he was surrendered in an attempt to rehome him, and thankfully found safety with Little Red Barn Sanctuary.

Shortly after arriving, this sweet boy escaped his holding area and suffered a devastating injury when a cow accidentally stepped on his hind left leg. He was rushed for emergency surgery at Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital, where the break was repaired. Unfortunately, he re-broke the leg during recovery, and the difficult decision was made to proceed with a full amputation.

Despite everything he has endured, he remains an incredibly gentle and loving dog. He can be shy at first and needs patience and time to feel comfortable in new environments and around unfamiliar people, but once he trusts you, his sweet personality shines through.

As a tripod dog, he manages very well and is impressively independent. He may need occasional assistance on slippery floors or stairs, but otherwise adapts beautifully and enjoys moving around on his own terms.

He's looking for a calm, understanding home that will give him the love, stability, and kindness he has always deserved. With patience and compassion, this resilient boy will make a deeply loyal companion.
